Emerald Garden Retreat Ong Lang beach — Hotel in Phú Quốc

We loved the location and the forest setting. It provided peace and tranquility. We loved the bungalow (cabin) 3 individual rooms with king size beds with private bathrooms.

It is close to the beach and several really good restaurants and massage spas. We enjoyed our morning coffee under the covered veranda.

Our stay was exceptional, thanks to Nhan. He went above and beyond in all aspects. He recommended restaurants, places to see, booked tours and shows, showed us the bus stops to get to the night market, motorbikes, provided a laundry service, etc.

The pool was refreshing.

One of the tours had an early start. He took our order the night before and they made it for us before the restaurant opened.

He checked in with us when we arrived late from sightseeing to make sure we were safe.

His humble, cheerful, willingness to help taught us all lessons.

Beautiful private location in a forested tropical environment. We stayed here for almost three weeks, the accomodation is little bungalows which are very spacious, simply decorated and extremely comfortable. There is an outdoor terrace with seating and table and the bungalow is very privately located in a hedged off area. There is a mini fridge in the bungalow and the bed is very comfortable. The pool is lovely and most days we had it to ourselves. There is a kitchen area where you can cook meals although we never used it and there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer which is free to use. We loved our time here. It was very relaxed and convenient to Duong Dong and Vinpearl Wonderworld as there is a very frequent free bus service that runs in both directions about 10 walk from the accomodation. We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb 2025. The boys loved having their own separate room! The swimming pool is clean and fresh (not over chlorinated like at some resorts). It's in a very quiet and peaceful location. There are many different fruit trees on the premise which you can pick and eat! Nhan was a very nice host. We texted him on WhatsApp for basically anything. They have bikes and motorbikes for rent. Motorbikes are 130k/day. Free buggy rides to beach or bus stop. There are restaurants, small shops and vendors on the main road near the bus stop. Just walk further up North. They also do laundry for you at 15K/kg. Dried and folded!
