Mi Amor Luxury Island Apartment — Hotel in Phú Quốc

I didn’t stay here but I want to put a review to warn people to check with the owner if the room is actually confirmed before coming; especially in the busy time. My boyfriend’s parents booked via Booking.com and got a confirmed booking. However, they were refused to be accommodated on arrival, even being left outside. The owner refused to pick up the phone multiple times. They had to sit outside and search for another hotel. Around 20’ later, she went out to check if they were still there and probably felt guilty facing them face to face, so she finally helped them to find a temporary hotel for that 1 night. She asked them to come back after a couple of nights when she had a free room but of course they refused.

I was in PQ years ago and it was beautiful plus good service so I highly recommended them to come to PQ in their 1st trip to visit VN. This was the 1st hotel they booked in PQ. This is very disappointing and embarrassing for the hospitality of the island. If you missed the booking, at least show your sincere apology first...

My stay at Mi Amor Luxury Island Apartment in Phú Quốc was truly wonderful. The apartment is clean, spacious, and gloriously quiet, which allowed me to sleep very well throughout my stay. A major bonus is the location - Mi Amor is very close to a Vinbus stop (HOA BINH Resort), providing free rides to and from the airport, which made transportation incredibly convenient.

What really made the experience special was the charming attention from Huong/Aroma. She provided a wealth of information about Phú Quốc and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Her local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire island experience.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and tranquility. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat on this beautiful island, Mi Amor Luxury Island Apartment is definitely worth considering.

Better a bit late, than never) I booked Mi Amor apartment for my parents, who were traveling alone, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was initially a bit worried, but from the moment I made the booking, ms Huong reassured me she would take great care of them and she truly did. She personally met my parents at the airport, helped them stop by the supermarket on the way, and even sent them back to the airport at checkout—complete with photos! Wow, what a service! We were in constant communication, and her kindness, reliability, and attention to every detail made us feel completely at ease. The apartment itself was spotless clean, tidy, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I must say this is a well-run, family-owned business built on care and pride. We’re incredibly grateful and already looking forward to staying here again.
