Phong Nha Moonlight Villas — Hotel in Quảng Bình Province

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay at Phong Nha Moonlight Villas very much. Tu and Bu were fantastic hosts. Not only were they extremely welcoming and accommodating, but they also helped us with booking tours, supplied us with a motorbike but also booked transportation to our next destination. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The villas itself was in a great location, with restaurants and cafes on its doorstep. We felt extremely relaxed when going back to our room after a long day sightseeing. On our departure, Tu and Bu gave us a gift for staying and even walked us to our coach to see us off. Our stay at Moonlight Villas was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, the communication was smooth and easy. The hotel arranged a taxi from the airport, which made our arrival stress-free.

The service was outstanding—everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. They provided us with a motorbike in few minutes. They truly made us feel welcome and comfortable.

And they told Agoda as if I had asked to cancel my reservation, and then informed me that they were canceling my reservation because my room needed to be repaired for only one day.
