Khách Sạn Hey Sa Pa - Sinavi Coffee & Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

I have recently taken a trip to Sapa. It was a last minute decision and so the trip was unplanned. I had not booked a hotel prior to arriving. The trip took 7 hours, and by the time my family arrived, it had become dark. The bus stopped very close to Hey hotel. After having food, I decided to hop over to inquire about my hotel booking. The price was 500,000 which was pricier than comparable rooms within the vicinity. I checked in and went to my room. After having taken my bath and getting ready for bed, I noticed a huge BLOOD stain on the bed sheet. I don’t know where the blood had come from, but it might very well have come from a previous guest’s menstruation. I checked the room and food remnants were all over the place. It was late at night and there was nobody at the reception. I was disgusted by what I saw and couldn’t sleep on that bed. I used my clothes (I carried extra as the weather in Sapa is usually a little chilly at that time of the year) to make my bed and slept on the floor. I immediately checked out the very next morning.

They don’t clean the rooms here. I still feel disgusted thinking about my experience at this place. Please stay away!

Gần đây tôi và gia đình có một chuyến đi thăm Sapa. Đây là chuyến đi không dự định trước nên tôi không đặt trước khách sạn. Sau chuyến xe dài 7 tiếng, xe tới thành phố lúc trời đã tối muộn. Sau khi ăn uống xong, tôi đến khách sạn gần nhất là Hey hotel để hỏi phòng. Giá phòng lúc đó là 500,000 đồng tuy mắc hơn những nơi khác một chút nhưng giá cả không phải là điều tôi quan tâm. Sau khi nhận phòng, tôi lên xếp đồ đạc rồi đi tắm. Lúc lên giường chuẩn bị đi ngủ, tôi thấy một vết MÁU lớn ở ngay giữa tấm ga trải giường. Vết máu này giống như vết máu của người phụ nữ lúc đến kỳ kinh nguyện. Kiểm tra phòng thì thấy vụn thức ăn vụng vãi khắp nơi. Chắc chắn một điều, ở đây họ không dọn phòng. Khách trước đi thì khách sau đến. Tôi đành trải quần áo của mình và nằm ngủ dưới đất. Cũng may mang nhiều quần áo hơn vì tiết trời ở Sapa lạnh hơn vào thời điểm đó. Tôi rời ngay lập tức buổi sáng hôm sau.

Hard to communicate with the staff! We just walked in and asked the staff if they have a room available for few hours only 1600h-2200h same day since we have to catch our bus to Hanoi, they charged us the full price which we understand and we don’t mind since our goal is to have a couple of hours rest before our long bus trip, unfortunately they gave us a messed up room and smelled smoke, how in the world you checked in the guests without cleaning it. Avoid this hotel Unprofessional and un reliable staff, very strong bed. We checked in very late at night and agreed on a specific price for a few hours. But upon checkout we were asked to pay much more. Finally they have a coffee shop in the basement with very loud music from early morning which make sleeping very difficult.
