Yerevan City Supermarkets — Local services in Yerevan

I am very disappointed with Yerevan City. My order was marked as completed, but it was never delivered. The company claims they called me, but I received no calls or SMS notifications.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced this. When I reached out in chat, the response was rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of customer care. I expected professionalism and proper service, but unfortunately, this has not been the case.

I generally like the store. Produce is good and has a big variety, especially the bakery. But recently I had an unfortunate experience with the customer support. They seem to have zero training. Most shocking sentence I heard during my encounter was “if you don’t pay we’re gonna charge the delivery person”. Can you imagine?!
