This is the place of nightmares. Coaches are fine but the waiting area is hell. I suppose it gets the job done but you need other plans if you are early for your bus. (I recommend China Town around the corner- especially if you are dragging bags with you). There is nothing inside the coach station other than some lockers to hire (which were all used when I went) and an overpriced vending machine. The chairs are hard, cold and dirty. The fleet needs a new bus that takes wheelchair bound people or kids on board. I own a rollator that folds up to a decent size. It' can be a bit heavy to lift up.
