Sushi Hub Elizabeth City Centre — Restaurant in Adelaide

Avoid coming here during lunch time if you have time constraints. Every day for the last week I've come to try and have sushi here for lunch in my break and ended up today walking off and leaving my food on the counter because of the wait and queue. They allowed two older ladies to cut in the already unhappy line of people who were waiting and then they only had 1 person working on the register while the other kept putting more and more food up on the counter while the two line-cutters created chaos and further delays at the register because of a disagreement or misunderstanding. There definitely needs to be a defined line or queueing line to stop people cutting in and more staff serving customers in the lunch rush. But I won't be back on my lunch break anymore. Great food and great place to eat but there needs to be some kind of change implemented to keep up...

I have ordered through Uber Eats twice. For the first order, one item was incorrect, so I reported it through Uber Eats and received a refund. Today, I made a second order, and four items were missing. I reported the missing items to Uber Eats again, but I haven't received any response. As a result, I had to cook additional food because there was not enough. I tried calling the contact number listed on Google many times, but couldn't get through. They have some of the best sushi I've tried. It's quite amazing that such tasty and fresh sushi is in a food court! I had their salmon and it was so delicious and very good quality. It was especially noticeable as I had gone to a restaurant that night and also had salmon which was not fresh or good - so for a food court sushi to have better ingredients than a sit-down restaurant really says something!
