Fasta Pasta — Restaurant in Adelaide

WOW..I really Don't where to begin, I'm not going to do a Gordon Ramsay, but here goes... On every visit to this particular Location (I shiver having to call it a restaurant) the food, the service and staff were so underwhelming it's sad to see and experience. I really feel for those others that have to ever share the same experience I've endured one either occasion after spending $140+ for 2 adults and 2 kids. The most recent experience of sitting and waiting 25-30+ minutes from the time of ordering, in a place at 20-25% capacity, off peak, for 3 plates and a salad and some drinks that are brought to the table by staff that look depressed and seem to have zero interest in what they're doing there, and zero care about the diners that are essentially paying there wages. Staff appear walking aimlessly from area to area bypassing the dining area, No sign of a senior staff member or be it "Manager" overseeing the operations of the kitchen and "restaurant" staff in ensuring diners are attended to in a manner that fits the label of a Restaurant. To watch over half a dozen Take away orders being prepared by the two kitchen Staff/Chefs?? and despatched in the time a dine-in Family has to wait for 3 simple dishes and a pre-made salad that are in-turn delivered in a staggered fashion. Pasta that is either overcooked, or undercooked, Olives, condiments and dressing that taste so cheap and low quality, an overcooked and hard Chicken schnitzel that seems to have been rescued after being lost in the deep fryer, with a paper thin slice of cheap ham, drowned in enough Tomato sauce that could have refloated the Titanic and no Cheese in site.. ? Is this really your best attempt at a $26 Chicken Parmigiana that my local Pub could prepare without fail and have you wanting more..??. Maybe I'm expecting too much from my $140+ outlay at a Fasta Pasta, maybe not, either way, I'd love for the owners to be able to experience the disappointment themselves first-hand. Dining out is meant to be about the experience in food, surroundings and service.. so, sitting in a sound reflective fish bowl with doctor's waiting room over-bright down lighting, randomly served by seemingly personality dead serving staff, being served sub par food is the reason for my poor review. Really need to Lift you game manager/owner/operator when it come to proving a dine in option and you may build to having 100% capacity and 3-4 Chefs knocking out meals, allowing time for desserts and more.. OR, maybe close the dining room, beef up your online ordering presence and deliver the food to customers like Fast Food outlets do via delivery contractors that will probably smile and be friendlier upon presenting the food. My family and I will never return to Fasta Pasta Elizabeth again. I made a booking for 25 people and 2 high chairs, we arrive for our booking and cannot get through to our table as we had no access for prams or wheelchair. I went up to the reception to ask for them to fix the issue and they said it was my fault for not letting them know that we needed to get prams and a wheelchair through. Never in my life have I ever had to disclose that I needed wheelchair or pram access. This led to members of our party leaving due to not being able to get through to the table and the lack of help from the staff. When we went to the table there were only 20 chairs, NOT 25 which is the amount I booked for. Not to mention they had people that wedged into the restaurant the waitress staff couldn’t even get through to the tables to pass out food as it came out. Absolutely...

If i could review any lower i would..Waited so long for this place to open only to regret ever going.not been open for like a month and This is by far the worst fasta pasta I have ever been to in the last 12yrs.. image is supposed to be a veal Parmi but instead I got a piece of sandpaper with ham on it!! No cheese and I had to put my own sauce on it which was just red runny water,. the food sat on the counter rather than I'n a warmer so was meerly warm by the time we got it.. fish tasted like nothing other than raw batter,chicken tenders hard,dry and brown inside,lasagne with no cheese either,chips were soggy and undercooked and salad non edible as it was warm and soggy not to mention they didn't even have the drinks or icecream in stock they claim come with kids meal.. should've bailed the second we saw the lack of customers for a...
