Zitto Cafe Elizabeth — Restaurant in Adelaide

💰 I LEFT MY REFUND AS A TIP FOR A GOOD REASON TOO! (YES They did try to refuse) Please take the time to read my review. For the reasons why I did so.

Zitto's is the best eatery with in the shopping complex at Elizabeth. It's got a great environment and the staff couldn't enough for me. I ordered a Ceaser salad.. it looked amazing. The eggs cooked to perfection. Super fresh lettuce, delicious bacon pieces.

But there was a bit of an issue with the dressing. It was more sour than my ex-wife! 🍋🍋🍋 Their staff member was onto it like a true professional(I didn't get his name, but he a beard and a shaved head). it back to the kitchen and returned not more than a minute later asking if it wanted a new one? He didn't try to blame me for being a sook, offer any bs reasons or lame explanations.

As I was in a bit of a rush, I asked for a refund. He profusely apologised on behalf of the cafe and the chef that they didn't get it right !" With all that dealt with, I still had my amazing coffee to finish. Every time their team members walked past, they apologised on behalf of the team and the cafe!!

Their attitude's were amazing. They were polite. They take and have pride and passion in what they do, and you can see that as they get around the cafe! Well done, owner/manager of this place. You've put a good...

This is a busy cafe on the edge of Elizabeth shopping centre. It has an outdoor dining area accessed through large concertina windows. We dropped in for a quick brunch before an appointment. Unfortunately the service was anything but quick and we almost missed our appointment. 45minutes to get eggs on toast is a bit extreme. This may have been exceptional circumstances, I'm not sure, but it appeared that they only had one chef on during the busiest morning period. The food was delicious, but by the time we got it we had to eat it as quickly as we could. The decor is nice but the background noise is very loud as was the music. If you're after a quite place to sit and chat then this may not be the place for you. If on the other hand you're looking for a place that makes you feel you're "where it's happening" then...

Waited 55 mins for eggs on toast. Not a busy day- our order just got forgotten. Asked staff members about our food and had a semi apologetic response from one. In which we still then waited another 30 mins at which point had to ask another staff member, Tullia, who was extremely apologetic and proactive, checking in on us again to confirm if we had gotten our food again and checked that everything was ok. The only positive staff experience we had throughout our meal was Tullia, cudos to her as a new staff member stepping up and really carrying the team in energy and service.

We even sat staring at our food, ready and completed, on the pass for 5 minutes while a staff member stood right in front of it but didn’t bring it out.
