KFC Elizabeth Mall — Restaurant in Adelaide

I will never come here again. I repeat I will never in my years left come here again. I went here about a few weeks ago on Thursday around 4 and the service I received was below appalling. I wasn’t sure if I should speak up about this incase it was just a one time thing but after watching it happened continuously to other people as I was eating I realised it was no mere accident, it was a reoccurring, purposeful act. I was served by this lady by the name of Dipshika, and her unfriendly and rude atmosphere should’ve been my first sign to get out of there. Not only was she unwelcoming but she would always look around her before treating herself me and many other customers with disrespect when we were trying to be friendly, since we all know how hard it is to work in fast food. I remember specifically when I was going to grab my food after my name was called out she tossed it carelessly on the counter towards me and glared as if I hadn’t been nice regardless of her attitude towards me. It wasn’t just once, I saw this continuously happen to other customers while I was sitting down in the food court eating. One weird aspect was she always looked around, I assume it was to make sure her manager wasn’t watching which I must admit is smart but what isn’t smart is treating customers like the dirt on the bottom of your shoe. Friendly staff offering good Customer service. There can be a wait at peak meal times (lunch). The chicken burgers are good with fresh lettuce and mayo. I love the spicy chutney sauce on the Zinger Stacker burger, it's delicious! The hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted and the gravy has plenty of flavour. The Wicked wings are crispy too. Located inside the Elizabeth City Centre in the food court. Just inside the southern entrance near the Reading Cinema. There is plenty of seating although it gets pretty crowded at lunchtime or on Thursday night shopping.

Wheelchair access ♿ and seating is available. Also Wheelchair ♿ parking but it's a bit of distance away.

I went and got two boxes and a dinner roll add in, they forgot my dinner roll, got my order wrong half filled my drink and didn't give me a spoon to eat my coleslaw with, three employees stared at me when I went back to get my dinner roll (not realising they had forgotten my spoon) and they didn't ask if I needed help and just stood there doing nothing and pretended to look busy.

Please train your staff better too, one of them got another staff member to get my dinner roll because she didn't know how to box it for orders.
