Don’t normally ever do these things but sometimes they’re valid. The old bloke with the white ponytail was a just a miserable & arrogant jerk to be quite honest. Made me feel uncomfortable when looking for things for my partner given the men’s section was basically non existent. He then told me I was in the wrong section like I was an idiot. Then preceded to eyeball me and give dirty looks, scowling at me until I left 😆 I had a atleast 5 items ready to buy but that was enough to turn me away, the prices didn’t help given they were a bit ridiculous but I would’ve bought them. My review is based on what I experienced during my last visit. There were a group of staff leaning on the register and laughing about how a coworker of theirs is so 'useless'. I think it's highly unprofessional to not only have these bullying conversations but to also have them out in the open where customers can see and hear you.
Overhearing this made me feel sad for the person they were talking about. If someone is so useless, either fire them or train them up... keeping a worker around just to be the butt of jokes when they're not there is gross...
