I’m really disappointed with our recent dining experience. We placed an order through the app and confirmed it with a staff member, who said she would check on it. After a while with no update, we asked the same waitress who then told us the order didn’t go through. So we had been waiting for quite some time for nothing, despite having already confirmed with staff.

We decided to cancel the order and eat somewhere else, and I asked for a refund. The staff said I would need to do it online, which was frustrating. To avoid further hassle, we decided to just place the order manually. We even showed our original online order to the waitress, who then made the order manually.

When the food finally came, it was served in a takeaway bag—even though we were dining in from the beginning. It felt careless and disrespectful. We were too hungry, especially with kids, to argue. On top of that, the onion rings were burnt.

While eating, we noticed the chicken wings from our original order were missing. We brought it up and showed the order again, and the waitress simply said, “Oh, I didn’t see that.” We had already paid, so we had to wait again for the wings to be prepared.

Meanwhile, we overheard at least two other customers having the same problem with online orders not going through. There should have been a clear sign saying the QR code or ordering system wasn’t working.

Overall, we spent about an hour and a half at the restaurant, mostly just waiting. The service was poor, the experience frustrating, and sadly we left very disappointed for me this is whole dinning experience was a...

These guys made fantastic burgers and I order 4 different burgers for future reference. The ones I ordered Smashed beef, Southern Fried (ordered separately for specific instructions**), J Webby's Own and Grilled Chicken. JWs unique, the peanut bitter was a killer with spiciness cutting through, top marks for that! Others were lovely, just just didn't get what I specified, especially with son's nut allergy.

**I went in store as online order didn't allow me to specify this nut allergy option. When instore I asked the Southern Fried burger buns to be swapped, as son has sesame allergy. "Is there any sesame seeds on the buns?" Young lady serving said, no problem no sesame, no nuts. To my disappointment, I came home with this SF burgers with sesame seeds buns. Despite telling the staff waiting this specific instruction, I...

Best Burgers in Adelaide!!!

If you’re a burger lover, this spot is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the incredible aroma sets the tone for an unforgettable meal. The menu is full of creative options, making it burger heaven, and the chips and onion rings are just as delicious and perfectly seasoned. For a twist, try the sweet potato fries – crispy with a touch of sweetness.

Service is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ensuring a great experience. The vibe is casual yet modern, with seating inside or a few tables outside on O’Connell Street.

Whether you’re in for a quick bite or a relaxed meal, Hello Harry North Adelaide delivers on great burgers, service, and atmosphere. Highly...

OMG. I love a good burger and this place did not disappoint. We both got the Fat Bastard and couldn’t fault it. The meat was delicious, good mix of ingredients l, bun was soft, just genuinely a damn good burger joint and very fairly priced as well in comparison to some other burger places. Small venue but we hit up early (5pm) and there was only 1 other person in there so our food came out quick and hot. The fries were also amazing with a sprinkle of fried crispy onion on them. The aioli was creamy and buttery. Tomato sauce also on point. Cannot recommend Hello Harry high enough. I will 100% be coming back to try the buttermilk fried chicken burger. Can’t wait.

Came in about 1:30pm. The place was empty but very clean. Warm lighting meant warm ambience and music wasn't blaring which was also quite nice. To the meal, had a USA with their chips and a nutella shake. Total was $32.50. Is that price justified? Yes. It tasted every bit of a premium meal. Toasted but fluffy bun, flavoursome house tomato jam & mayo complimented the bacon, onion rings and beef quite well. Chips with a very sweet and unsalty Aioli was a win. Nutella Shake - self explanatory. Look forward to trying something else another time. This place has a liquor licence, also a plus. Thanks team.
