The Mettwurst Shop — Local services in Adelaide

The display at The Mettwurst Shop looks amazing. It's a proper market stall with cured, dried and preserved meat products. Mark got out his enormous salami while we were there which was quite the sight. We bought the chilli jerky, garlic mettwurst, firestarter mettwurst, and the two other mettwursts seen in the picture. The mettwursts are nice. The texture is spot on and the flavour is nice but nothing to write home about. Garlic mettwurst is excellent though. Firestarter is definitely HOT, wow! The jerky is really disappointing. It tastes like it isn't marinated and leaves you regretful of buying it. Overall 4 stars. Mark is quite the character and it's worth going there...

I'd give the mettwurst shop a 10 if I could. I was so excited to be there. It was top of my list to go visit. I'm sorry I never got his name but he was so friendly and listened to what I said and guided us in the sort or wurst I was needing. The jerky is to die for. I loved it and bought three big containers. I wanted to make it back on Saturday but time wouldn't allow me to. I was gutted to say the least but he did say he could ship to Victoria which pleased me to no end. A must to go see him and buy...

Really amazing owner and staff could not recommend higher had problems with the couriers losing my parcel but mark and his amazing team got right on it and sorted it and sent a new batch and a couple of free sample which was greatly appreciated.Honestly would recommend 100x over and will definitely be buying more from them in the future 😀 thanks guys for everything it...
