For a cold, rainy day this was the place to go!! Wonderful greeting for opening day...I didn't know but loved the balloons and party atmosphere with music!! Amazing, friendly staff saying hi to us while taking orders...very chatty, the ltalian way, my way, bringing back memories and a wonderful fast service...just amazing!! My flat white was perfect, but that focaccia was the best hit of the day!! So many choices and those unique flavours with that stringy mozzarella cheese coming out at every bite was just amazing...loved it!! ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ’ฏ WOW...l'll be back to try all other flavours and that stringy mozzarella cheese again...loved it!! ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ‘

**edit: came back a second time last week and they have significantly decreased the size of the focaccia.. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ still tasty though With the current trend and influx of sandwich shops, this is one worth eating at! Delicious fresh ingredients, and the ratio of ingredients to bread was just right. The bread wasnโ€™t too chewy or hard, and good spread of mayo/sauce inside that brought all the ingredients together. If you work near by itโ€™s an easy spot to grab and go on the weekdays. Quite affordable too, $16 for a decent size, left me full and satisfied

I wanted to try this place out for a very long time and now that they're finally open at night I had my chance. The food is 100% authentic and delicious made with very high quality ingredients. Their Focaccia and Pizzetta are 10/10 and more! My favourite is the Prosciutto, but everything is so tasty and freshly made

I have ordered 4 x lots of Corporate Catering from Via Vai, and I just had so many compliments from the different teams over the week.

Denalto & the team were always quick to reply with all my queries, had the food ready on time for pick up, which made organising the event sooo easy.

Like I all the team, their focaccia is better than the Tik Tok viral, popular All'antico Vinaio hehehe

Can't wait to see what the future has in store...
