Located across Suncorp Stadium, next to the tennis courts and skate park, Ithaca is a public swimming pool for all: the casual swimmer, the teens looking for a splash, master and competitive swimmer, aquaaerobic fitness, tanning enthusiast, family gatherings, toddlers water initiation and more. Super friendly staff, sparkling clean heated pool, not too busy. I went mid week around 3pm during school holidays and it thankfully wasn’t crowded. The facilities are nice with plenty of shaded grass areas as well as tables and chairs for those not swimming. Just outside there is also a skate park, public park, and a playground with a picnic/ electric bbq area.
