Today my son and I visited the Coorparoo restaurant, and I should’ve known that it would be terrible from the lack of customers in the restaurant in comparison to the other restaurants in the square.

After ordering our meal at the counter because the QR code option didn’t include the lunchtime special, we both ordered a large pulled beef burrito meal deal.

What we got was definitely not the large deal. Instead Of 600 ml drinks we received 375 ml cans. Instead of large chips, we were served about 10 chips on a side plate.

But the dissatisfaction didn’t stop there..As for the burrito.. well, it was mostly rice and what could only be described as diluted packeted tomato soup.. gross! was that meant to be the tomato salsa?! 🤢

You’d be thinking that would be the end of the story, but no, the lack ingredients didn’t stop there! The burritos had about one piece of meat, and there was absolutely no black beans and no pico de gallo. I’m not sure what we got but it was definitely not a burrito.

We could both barely stomach three bites each before we ditched our meals and left hungry, ripped off and very disappointed.

Save yourself your money and tastebuds and get a decent meal...

Who is running this place now? Honestly this use to be really good mexican. Now they have halved the portion size, the food looks like someone has thrown it against a brick wall. No effort goes into makig the food. The staff need to be gutted from this place honestly, ive been here twice in two weeks and wont be making that mistake again. The first time the lady put through something completely different to what i ordered and then once she realised she asked me for more money even though they were the same price and i had to sit there for 40min waiting for it! The second time i had my wits about me and made sure they read back what i ordered. Got the order correct but charged me for a large chips instead of a single serving then when I said you over charged me he looked at me dumbfounded so i ask what my order he said small chips and crispy wrap, so i asked why it cost $18 then he realised and gave me $1.40 back. I asked the bloke how on earth he got $1.40 when i should have recied $2.50 he got out his calculator to figure it out and the gave me and extra $1 and said all good? like no how hard is it to take $3.50 from $6.
