Had an amazing experience at Rodd & Gunn with my dad recently. He knew exactly what he wanted, and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Max, who was absolutely fantastic. Max had incredible product knowledge and took the time to ensure every piece fit perfectly and suited my dad’s shape and style.

From choosing colours to finding the right cuts, he made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and professional. We came in for a few things and walked out with everything—and more! It truly felt like a tailored experience, and Max made my dad feel confident and well-dressed.

Purchased my boots in November and had to return them as the total inner layer of both boots had broken down to the point that the construction was totally destroyed Lee store Manager assumed that it was due to the high amount of walking… very much an assumption on her behalf which was very brave to make the call in that ‘their’ assessment is that it was not a manufacturing error… sorry 7mths after purchasing a $200 pair of boots they are shot !!
