Mister Zimi — Local services in Brisbane City

I was very excited to visit this store today. It was a beautiful looking store. I was hoping to have some asistance with what to try as I wanted to spend money! Sadly I was very underwhelmed with the service. Firstly I walked in and I was met with heads down and I was in the store a few minutes before one lady even glanced my way and then asked in an unfriendly manor if I was ok. Obviously this is my interpretation but it felt that I was perhaps judged as maybe not being a committed buyer so they left me alone. Jokes on me as I did end up buying but I will still continue to purchase online or visit the nice ladies at Gold Coast. I had never visited a Mister Zimi store before, so I was a little bit cautious, but as soon as my husband and I stepped into this beautiful little shop we were welcomed by such friendly people and I felt comfortable straight away. The girls who were running the shop that day were very helpful and kind, asking us if we wanted them to check out the back for different sizes, and asking in the fitting rooms if we needed items taken away. Usually I don’t enjoy the experience of trying on clothes in a shop, but for some reason I felt very comfortable and at ease here, as if I was just at a friends house. Hi to all the beautiful ladies whom I had the pleasure to meet on a recent trip to Mr Zimmi Brisbane store. I could not have been more impressed with the friendly helpful service I received from Maddy, Amelia and Sally, so welcoming. From the moment I contacted the store by phone Lisa who was so kind assisted by placing some items on hold for when I could come in to try on. My partner was with me that day and the whole experience was enjoyable I truly felt like Pretty Woman when I walked out of Mr Zimmi.
