My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting Windsor Day Spa & Remedial Massage today, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Rita and P.J. Both masseuses demonstrated remarkable care, warmth, and empathy throughout the session. When we mentioned concerns about tight muscles, and abdominal discomfort, they skillfully tailored the massage to target those specific areas, offering a deeply relaxing experience. Their thoughtful approach, expertise, and kindness truly elevated the session, leaving us both feeling completely at ease. The spa’s clean, soothing atmosphere made us feel like we were transported to some tranquil retreat. The massage itself was flawless, with just the right balance of firm yet gentle pressure applied to the areas that needed attention. Afterward, we felt incredibly relaxed, with much less tension in our bodies. Their level of attention to detail and the pampering we received here were second to none, especially given the reasonable prices. I am now a regular!

I remember walking in and sharing with PJ lower back pain concerns. This actually hindered my every day life as it was new and a month later I visited this place. After about 3-5 visits I felt a huge change. I know these remedial massages helped so much! I know that this place can be trusted and that I’m in good hands each time I visit in comparison to other spa places where I’m nervous who I’ll be getting and if they are good.

The only challenge now with this spa is you cannot just walk in as they’re likely to be booked and busy! I guess it’s a good thing too being in high demand.

I had such a nice time at my massage today. Rita and PJ are so friendly and the spa felt like a little oasis right in the heart of Windsor. It was hard to believe Lutwyche road is just outside the door! You can tell Rita's experience in massage and spa. She did a great job releasing my tight back and the whole visit from start to finish today was so relaxing... I left with released muscles and feeling like I was on cloud 9. I'm looking forward to going back!...
