Planet Point — Restaurant in Western Australia

Poor service Just came in around 10pm way long from Joondalup to belmont (Planet Point) to have falooda here (We often come here to have falooda). We came for dine-in. First of all, the front girl, who was taking orders, was so casual in taking the order. We ordered 3 things, when they came, that girl was like we are in rush and we dont have utensils washed, so giving in takeaway cups. The falooda ice-cream was melted and not frozen types like we had last time. Also, the table was not clean and when we asked her to clean, she said ‘ As I already told you, we are in rush, to which I responded who can eat on dirty table? If your staff is so in rush @10pm, please just do takeaways and stop dine-in orders We come regularly here to have desserts, but will think next time before coming.

Also, we could have understood few things, like closing and staff has to home but its always a way to say and explain things.

Dropped in for a snack craving. Guys I really recommend you to try the chicken rolls. They are really amazingly yummy😊🫶🏻. And kulfi is really awesome. I have tried kulfi from few other places too. But it's really good over here. After ordering there Is a bit waiting time so I do suggest coming here when you have time and don't get angry on the staffs at the place. Plan and visit so it would be great place to spend time. There is seating available inside and outside too. There are no other words just yummy and awesome. This place has criminal prices when ordering online (uber eats). 3 years ago I messaged this company about this issue. They responded they'd look into it. Since then the price has increased. Example: When ordering a large orange juice the price is $21.98. Excludes additional fees and services. Update: The uber eats price is 11.99 and you have to add 4.99 for a small or add 9.99 for a large. This totals 21.98 for a large. Yes! It's easy to click for a one star and is easy to remove the review also. How many people must you overcharge before you fix the issue that you are aware of....
