BOBABOBA BELMONT — Restaurant in Cloverdale

I recently had a disappointing experience with Boba Boba Belmont and their boba brown sugar drinks. One of the major issues I encountered was the inconsistent sweetness level every time I placed an order. It was frustrating to never know what to expect, as sometimes the drink would be overly sweet while other times it lacked the desired sweetness.

What made matters worse was the lack of accountability from the manager. Despite bringing up the issue multiple times, they never accepted their mistake or took any responsibility for the inconsistency in their product. This lack of acknowledgement left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied as a customer.

Furthermore, the customer service at Boba Boba Belmont was abysmal. There was zero effort made to rectify the situation or provide any form of compensation for the recurring problem. It seemed as though they were not concerned about retaining their customers or ensuring their satisfaction.

Lastly, the quality of the drinks also varied significantly. It was evident that there was a lack of consistency in the preparation and ingredients used. This inconsistency further added to the disappointment and frustration I experienced with Boba Boba Belmont.

Overall, my experience with Boba Boba Belmont and their boba brown sugar drinks was extremely negative. The inconsistent sweetness, lack of accountability from the manager, poor customer service, and varying quality left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a reliable and enjoyable...

My go to bubble tea chain is Boba Boba and usually go to the Vic park one (great service and drinks there). The other day I went to the one in Belmont and was quite disappointed.

We went there 15 minutes before closing and first asked if they can still make drinks and they said yes. Then I asked if they still have boba and the guy working had to double check with his coworker if boba was the same as pearls..

Then I ordered three drinks; 1 x medium Taiwanese boba milk tea, less sugar, 50% ice 1 x large taiwanese boba milk tea, less sugar, 50% ice 1 x Yakult green tea with lychee jelly

When we received it, all three drinks were quite empty compared to when I always get it at other stores. When I mentioned this to the worker he said it was because I got less ice. I explained that this is my usual order and every other place I go it’s still a full drink.

Then the coworker comes over to ask the worker how he made the drink and they have a quick conversation. Then they say they can add boba to make it more full and more ice. When they finally hand it back they said it’s because they ran out of the Taiwanese milk tea. They did apologise but even if they ran out of the milk tea, the green tea Yakult was still just as empty as the other drinks.

I still love boba boba but probably wouldn’t get it from...

Poor service with below average IQ as staff.

Ordered Taiwanese milk tea with brown sugar sago. Got it 20-30mins later with wrong order, twice! And walked out with wrong order.

The blonde curly hair guy forgot my order and further delayed the wait, with my 2 kids running around being impatient.

Told him and then he made it super quick, but he completely forgot the order and didn't put in the right toppings.

I gave it back to him and he said sorry and quickly remade it.

After remaking it, he made the EXACT same mistake and didnt put in the right topping after telling him within seconds of making the new one. Also to add, the store only had 2 customers- no excuse for this mistake TWICE!.

The topping is JUST brown sugar sago- That's it, not complicated.

I walked away with the wrong toppings, and did not bother to ask him to redo it again... Poor attention to detail service and a bit...
