Abysmal pies. Both pies' crusts were essentially caked into the foil cup, and the "steak" was all inedible gristle. We binned both pies after a few bites. We won't be back. I already feel sick from the few bites that we took.

Owner's reply: "Hi Matt, was this in Dickson? Oh wait I remember you. You ordered takeaway and sat at the bench seat and licked the foil tray clean… keyboard warrior."

My reply: The foil was so caked into the pie that doing what you describe was impossible. It was, put simply, the worst pie that I have ever tried and a waste of 20$ for two. We binned both. For the owner to clap back with a "keyboard warrior" claim to shield themselves from the shoddy quality of their product - pies that we could not even remove from the foil and filling that was such low effort and low quality - says all that you need to know about this...

I had a wonderful ☺️ lunch at Elaine's Gourmet Pie 🥧 😋 Cafe in Dickson. The pie 🥧 melded in my mouth 😋 the chunky steak and mushroom pie. It was so freshly made 😋 and cooked on the premises.

My family, they say 🙄 so delicious 😋 melt in his mouth. The macaroni bacon 🥓 and shallots pie 🥧, and the cheese 🧀 Kransky Roll.

The sell sandwiches 🥪 and bread rolls 😋, wholemeal and multi grain or white LGI bread. Love the Gourmet Saigon rolls 😋 your choice of filling and from the grill 😋 classic 🍔 hambugers to special Elaine's hambugers.

They sell coffee ☕️ and pot of tea 🍵 😋, milk shake, thick shakes 😋 and cold drinks.

The owner has been in the cafe for over 22 years, and I have a wonderful service 😀 😊.

Walked into this famous yet homey neighborhood pie shop today for a few pies for takeaway. My wife said they were good, since she got to try them with friends before I did. Bought four and the family was quite happy with the selection. An aromatic cheesy steak was the highlight of the lot, although the flavourful chunky beef was a close second. The thick and creamy chicken and mushroom delighted my daughter, while my son wolfed down the shepherd's pie, topped generously with cheese.
