We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Lollipop Playland Ellenbrook, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience was incredible.

The planning process was a breeze. Deepika was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She worked with us to create a custom party package that suited our needs.

The party itself was a blast! The kids had a fantastic time. The play area is clean, well-maintained, and full of exciting activities that kept the children engaged throughout the entire party.

The highlight of the party was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always on hand to ensure the children were safe and having fun. They managed the party schedule flawlessly. Their enthusiasm and professionalism were evident, and it made the party run smoothly.

The party food was delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. Lollipop’s gift for the birthday child, lolly bag, discount voucher and family return pass for each child were a nice touch, and the kids were delighted to take home some fun mementos of the day.

Overall, our experience at Lollipop Playland Ellenbrook exceeded our expectations. The smiles on the kids' faces and the stress-free atmosphere made it a truly memorable day. I can't thank the staff enough for their hard work and dedication to making my son's birthday a success.

My friend and I went to lollipops yesterday with our toddlers, I ended up being a doorman for the under 3s section because no staff were monitoring the area as there was a constant flow of children well over 3 accessing the area for their own benefits putting toddlers and babies at risk of harm. This also caused a heated argument between myself and another mother there because she was determined to have her energetic older children in the toddler area disregarding the rules because staff weren't caring for the safety of the babies. I had approached the staff members at the counter a total of 5 times to have older children removed and then a further one more approach to let them know that they failed at their job to ensure the safety of the under 3s play area.

The service with the food was also poor and disorganised, our own orders were produced by staff at different times which caused the staff to make mistakes to our orders. They didn't serve with cutlery making us have to go back and ask, my friend had to wait at least 15 minutes for her chips whilst we watched others been given chips that had been served after us.

We definitely won't be bringing our money back...

Went to lollipops Ellenbrook this week, I arrived as they opened with my 2 year old son and was the first parent with child in the big kids area. Walking through it was disgusting, I counted 6 dirty socks left all through climbing areas, food in the ball pit, cupcake on the ground in the walk way of the lower ground, dirty hand prints on the padding near the big slides. It wasn’t cleaned at all from the day before. There were two staff on just talking to each other and one just on his phone the whole time. I asked if the food could be cleaned and the girl went and swept up the cupcake and nothing else. I have been here a few times and just feel like each time the cleanliness standards are dropping. The service is poor and very unprofessional. We waited for someone to come let us out for 5 mins. Young teenagers with no people skills are left in charge and whilst they deserve a fair go and it’s great to see they are employed but they need training, support and a proper management system in place.
