7 eleven fremantle staff expect customers to wait out the front of their shop everytime the staff restock which is pretty much everytime you arrive. Zero people going in and want you to wait while they sit on their phone while being served. Hardly imagine owners are okay with this. Really doing their part to not be welcome in this town. This happens frequently. I understand some people in town may be questionable but when you go for a walk from home to be told to wait while staff literally have nothing else to do, you're just being an inconvenience. Should have just stayed in bed instead of buying milk and a pie (which have recently become smaller and less in size 180gm to 160gm, let alone reduced quality) Just shut down and leave like the other 7eleven on cnr of queen st did for similar disservice to the public. Day staff are still great though. But seriously 5min wait out the front on fremantle high st is really not cool when the staff member can just resume the task after I leave. Really 12 steps to walk behind the counter, wait for a few beeps on a scanner and a paypass, then 12 steps back....
Read moreUnfortunately, I cannot give 0 stars. On the 5th of May at approximately 00:50, a staff member let us in to the store. Me and my friend looked around and debated what we wanted to purchase, the conversation took no longer then 2 minutes, whilst looking at water, after picking up other items, the lady shouted 'I NEED TO SEVER OTHER CUSTOMERS AND STOCK, SO HURRY UP! '. Whilst no one else was in the store! This seemed extremely rude and unwarranted, as well as other rude remarks she continued to make, as two young girls coming into the store at such a late hour!! This will be taken further, and in future I hope NO ONE is treated with the disregard and disrespect that we were! Especially as paying customers!! I hope no one is served by this obnoxious lady again! The sad thing is, this is not the first time she has been complained about! I hope that further action is taken seriously, as customer service that bad will extremely negatively affect the business!
