Awful experience in this shop this morning with the shop assistant belittling my 10 year in a shop full of people. I hope she feels good ruining the day of a child. Yes my daughter was collecting business cards because we were planning on buying gifts on line. She had also walked in with cards already in her hand as it is Easter and the market stalls have cards at them. Your shop assistant took these out of her hand and had a go at her about the cost of business cards, she did give them back when I asked my daughter if she was ok. I'm sure the businesses that are selling at this store are aware that, business cards are for taking and will end with future purchases and this is why they supply them, unfortunately your staff member doesn't realise this or realise that a nasty attitude doesn't make people want to come back.
