Two kids were working when I went in to order a chai. The one serving me seemed very confused when I asked if the chai was a powder or leaf. I said I wanted leaf (which I knew they had as I saw a bag of Prana chai displayed) and if they couldn’t do it as an iced chai because of this I was happy to have a hot chai. I could hear the two whispering about not knowing how to make a chai and in the end I received an iced matcha chai (powder) and was so badly made I could only taste milk. The kids seemed lovely which is why I didn’t say anything to them but I strongly suggest to management that they should either receive better training if you’re leaving them to run the place on their own, or someone more experienced there...

The Acai itself tasted like nothing there were even 2 big chuck of solid acai in there and it still tasted like nothing so whatever acai they buy just isn't good. The granola isn't really granola in my opinion it's just a bunch of seeds as far as I could tell no oats or rice puffs to add a crunch or anything. But honestly I haven't had a single acai bowl in Australia that could compete with a single place in Hawaii so you probably won't do much better either. The Acai was at least thick. Wouldn't spend my money on it...
