Today, myself and my two beautiful sons, Timmy and Cooper, decided to visit Robina's newest restaurant Taco Bell. My daughter Bree (with two e's) was unable to make it because of her Biomedical Science degree graduation, I'm so proud of my little sweetie!! #ProudMother! I love to see new local and homegrown businesses pop up so I was very excited to hear the news that one opened a couple days ago in Robina. My two boys had just finished helping me with shopping at spotlight so I decided to take them out for a treat. The waiting line was pretty long and I find that completely inexcusable as a mother of 3, like myself, has no time to wait in lines. I asked if I could be moved to the front but staff refused saying '"jumping the que is prohibited, please wait in line for your turn". Back in my day customer service actually was a priority and there was a saying that the customer is always right! But being a reasonable person I decided to ignore their poor service and wait. As a family we all decided to purchase the 'Cheesy Beefy Burrito' with a side of fries #FamBamGoals! So anyway halfway through eating our meals my son Cooper started complaining of tummy problems, turns out the burrito he had contained lactose and as my son is lactose intolerant I was quite concerned that their menu never listed that as an ingredient. He won't be eating here ever again I can tell you that. My other child Timmy quite enjoyed the burrito but complained that it was rather spicy #CriticInTheMaking #RealDetective #ProudMummy! I had no problem with my burrito and I thought the spice was adequately sufficient and that the texture was complex and sufficient. The wrap really complimented the beef, and the cheese creating a nice flavor that was sufficient. The chips we had were very similar to Nandy's and could be described as very tangy. Karen likes tangy! Therefore I rate the chips alone a 6 star. Overall, I rate our experience 4 Star, very sufficient. I am recommending it to all my followers so they may experience what homegrown companies truly offer.

I just had a very interesting experience here as I revisited the drive through not once but twice due to my order being incorrect. I think staff need to be further trained as there seemed to be a miscommunication over my order even though the young employee repeated back to me in both instances exactly what I wanted.

I ordered 2 of the Taco Bell faves boxes. One crunchwrap with beef - no tomato, and the other one with chicken.

I have a tomato allergy and my friend always checks to make sure I don’t accidentally eat them. She took a bite into them and realised both were made with beef with no tomato taken out of any!

We returned to the drive through to get this fixed up and I appreciate the kindness of the staff however we were disappointed to find that the order was remade incorrectly!

They made the beef one with tomato and made the chicken one without any. So we unfortunately had to drive through again to get this fixed up, now I’m enjoying my meal with cold chips and...

Hats off to these kids, watched a lady absolutely terrorise and threaten them while filming them. They were all pretty shaken but they leaned on each other and got through. Was impressed with a girl around my age who took control of this messy situation, they were busy and being abused by this woman. She explained to the customer the error and what they were going to do to fix it. She continued to terrorise them, Making comments about their characters and telling other customers to check their bags and just absolutely tearing apart the workers. She was given the option to leave but continued to make threats, Thankyou for calling the police as it was making many people uncomfortable. All I was trying to do was enjoy my food but restaurant was tidy and can’t complain when there was only 3 of them....
