I didn't know that they had a Le Bon Choix outlet in Robina. I spoke to one of the friendly male staff and he told me that they only opened 4 months ago. The location is where Starbucks used to be. If you know, you know. š
Here are 10 things that I loved about the cafe: Extremely friendly and lovely staff who have service with a smile.
Love the Parisian vibe of the cafe indoors and outdoors too. I loved that the outdoor seating had the view of the water fountain. (I was in Paris in December 2023, so if you want a taste of Paris, visit this cafe at Robina, you will not be sorry).
Their croissants are absolutely divine. I always go for the plain. Ask for butter and jam, it's complimentary if you want it.
I normally would order a Chai Latte but I decided to try the Nutellino. It's like a Hot Mocha but they add Nutella instead of Chocolate syrup. It's was heavenly.
Absolutely affordable, for a cup of regular Nutellino and a plain croissant. I paid AUD$10.75. It is kid friendly for those Mummies who want a cup of coffee al fresco while your kiddo plays in the little kitchen area right next to your table.
Love the sunshine that hits just perfect while you enjoy your meal al fresco.
Love their display of baked goods including sandwiches, macaroons, assorted croissants, breads and cakes.
Love that they also have complimentary water. You can proceed to the water station and fill your cup up anytime. Do ask staff for ice cubes especially in the summer. So you can have extra cold water. Thirst quenching.
Their decor and ambience is chic and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have come here the past 3 weekends and each time, I was greeted by 2 lovely young girls. I felt so welcomed into the store and they both have great customer service, very smiley and kind! I ordered a cherry danish and a coffee and they were both delightful. Credit to the barista because the coffee he made was amazing! Beautiful design. Service was quick and waitresses were so kind. The first time I came here, the young girl at register was very patient with me and helped me with recommendations as I was unsure about cakes. She recommended the lemon meringue which was absolutely divine. Coffee soooooooooooooo good. Will definitely continue to be coming back here. Wish I knew about Le Bon Choix at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this cafe for the first time on 8 August at around 4 PM, and unfortunately, it may be my last. One of the female employees was quite unhelpful when we inquired if a cake contained alcohol. Despite us speaking fluent English, she claimed she couldnāt understand us. She also told us the coffee machine was closed, even though other customers were still being served drinks.
As visitors from a Muslim country, this experience felt discriminatory and deeply disappointing. Thankfully, a male staff member was much more professional and assisted us kindly with our order. We hope the management takes steps to ensure all customers are treated with equal respect...
