I’m very impressed with the efficient, friendly and genuine service that I received today from the ladies at Charcoal Clothing! The moment I had collected a few garments to try on, one of the staff members instantly stopped what she was doing to quickly take my items directly to the change room for me, which was a big help! Storm (the manager) went out of her way to find me another garment to wear, (the one I originally had wasn’t suitable and the replacement was in a bag and creased) so she steam ironed it for me which was very kind of her. Ahh probably one of the hardest stores to walk past without entering, who ever sets the stores up does a astounding job!! I'm much the type to need help when shopping and the girls at Charcoal are always up with the trends and i always feel in such good hands. There is one girl in particular i see with long dark hair who always helps me put together the cutest outfits especially those last minute fits that can always use an extra hand!! Super affordable and one of my go to shops....
