What a disgusting store. I have never seen such a disgraceful attitude towards the staff. The âcookâ who is probably the owner should lose his rights to run a noodlebox. The Young girl who made a mistake on our order and accidentally added onions. We told the girl straight away as she picked the items but the âcookâ already started them in the wok. She told him and he yelled at her and said âTAKE THEM OUTâ the girl then was picking the onion of our food. I instantly told the girl to not worry about it and we would do it instead.
Any business who treats their staff this poorly does not deserve to be open. Mistakes happen and the girl was apologetic. The owner person who should be apologetic is noodlebox for having an abusive workplace.
I can not support a business like this if they canât support their employees.
UPDATE: I reached out to Conceptate who look after Noodlebox complaints and never got a response. Itâs obvious theyâre aware of the situation yet are okay with this sort...

The manager was very pleasant and gave us the catering pricing and requested we return with a few days notice to place the order. My husband came back tonight to do so. The girl at the register did not know how to take the order so the chef came over and when my husband said that he was given catering pricing by the manager he was loudly abused by the chef in front of a shop full of customers, called a liar and accused of being drunk. The lady never made any eye contact with me to ask me to âhold on a minuteâ or âIâll be with you in a minuteâ to which I happily would have waited.
