ordered two bagels and eggs on toast. asked for vegemite and butter to be on the side for the eggs on toast, when it came that was not the case. took it back up to the counter to be told by one of the waiters that i “didn’t ask for that” which i did. when my order came out again, my toast was so badly burnt, and cold it was terrible. if i didn’t have somewhere to be i would’ve asked for a refund. on top of that, their organisation was shocking, had a younger waiter (who was lovely) by the way, running around asking who ordered what. set up your ordering system better to make this young man’s life a bit easier. we had friends coming not long after us, and when they got there at about 8:30, they were told that they couldn’t order food? it was breakfast time what a joke. don’t come here if you want good service and...

Great coffee, service that's hard to find and aesthetically gorgeous! We are staying at the NRMA a few kms away and I'll be heading here every morning for coffee for sure! I ordered a croissant and said to my kid "you and your sister can share" I assumed it would arrive and I'd cut it in half. (And quickly meet my doom at the hands of my 5 and 3yr old) The woman who served us cut it in half and brought it out on 2 plates. This might not seem like a big thing to some but anyone with kids appreciates this extra attention to detail, and without being asked but simply listening and paying attention. I take my hat off to you and your amazing customer service! Sadly my kids are ratbags and ungrateful so they whinged anyway but I REALLY appreciated your thoughtfulness.... and your incredible Barista skills 😉...

Today 27/07/24 @ 10:30am we visited this coffee shop, they had 3 staff , 2 women and 1 man, 1 skinny young women and the guy was ok nice and friendly serving customer, the other lady was absolutely terrible. She was not even get an eye on us, she bring the cutlery to other table, but didn't even say Hi or something to us, asking other people but only ignored us, my table had an Aussie friend and you know what she did, she just asked him ( you made me think about me and another friend are asian, so you dont want to served) Come on darling, we came for supporting local business and look what you have done). The Cappuccino is 100% flat white and just put chocolate on top to cover. how can i recommend to other friends. no way. good luck to your business and learn how to...
