Pizza Face — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

*BEWARE | NEW OWNERS | BAD SERVICE | ZERO STAR REVIEW * I have had left a 5 star review for this company in the past as they offered amazing and friendly service and the most important part had the best pizzas on the coast, i used to get 3 times a week! I ordered this evening from them 13th April and was advised order would be ready in 20-30 mins which is odd as usually they would only take 10-15 mins. I confirmed it will only would be 20-30 mins as i did not want to wait or for the pizza to be cold when i picked. When i got there I could see it is new owners as they had about 10 staff working behind counter and it looked like mayhem. I went to pay for my pizza and pick it up and they advised it would be another 20-30 mins! I said do not bother, I was so frustrated after i left so i phoned and asked to talk to the manager to leave feedback. The manager would not take my call and the person who took the phone call could not nothing to fix the problem at all. You guys have a few things to learn about customer service i can tell you that much and you have a lost a very good and loyal client. Anybody thinking about ordering here don't save yourself some time and energy! if you see the last 3 reviews from when they have taken over you will see what i mean 3 and with mine 4 - 1 star review in a row. They are lucky you can't give zero star reviews as they are lucky to get one star review! If there new pizza is anything like there service it would be absolutely disgusting! #please come back old owners...

Don’t think twice. Get it. Personally I’ve eaten pizza all around the world including the home of pizza Naples, Italy. Pizza is my favourite food and I prefer the best. Pizza Face, Biggera Waters have that perfect pizza base. The dough is undoubtedly made with love and what can only be a traditional Italian recipe handed down through a caring family through generations. Don’t mess around with that fast food plastic pizza base fake GMO topping industrialised over marketed same old that you regret afterwards. Taste some actual effort in the kitchen, some real love from the skilfull craftsmanship of a true pizzaiolo. I don’t leave reviews if I don’t like something. I don’t leave reviews if something is ok. I go out of my way to leave reviews only when I need others to experience the pleasures I’ve witnessed. Pizza face is exquisitely delectable. You will taste the care they put into every dish, the fresh ingredients, the friendly staff and the gentle persuasions of an Italian street vibe make this place a favourite of mine. It is not very often that a delivery of food surprises me, sometimes over cooked sometimes not enough maybe too dry, too salty and even spoiled. so when I received my order from Pizza Face I was not particularly looking forward as the last few Pizza orders from different pizza shops were so bad that I had toughed IF THIS ONE WAS BAD I'LL NEVER EAT PIZZA AGAIN. Boy was I shocked The aroma, it was still hot I opened the lid of one and the sheen of the prawns the white of the Bocconcini the golden crust, oh this can't be real . I grabbed a piece and almost burned my thong, I lost my walking stick but held on to the boxes I wasn't going to lose even a Cram of this heavenly manna so sat on the stairs and devoured 6 pieces in record time now you look at this picture and tell me if you could wait till you walk 15 flights of stairs and 25meters to the kitchen and than serve and eat after 5 minutes of receipt. it was fast the man delivering really nice and the food was hot and tasted like heaven reminded me at the time I was in Viareggio, a seaside city in Tuscany, Italy.
