Read moreOrdered through menulog last week, food was nice. About 6 hours later I woke up feeling ill and ended up with food poising for literally a whole day. I was bathroom ridden for the whole day and had to get my partner to stay home from work to look after our 4 month old son. Went to the doctors the following day and he confirmed due to timing it was from the Indian meal I had. I contacted menulog to get some sort of apology/refund and received a reply saying "the restaurant will not accept offering you a refund but will give you a free meal"....why would I want a free meal from a place that gave me food poisoning? I would expect a restaurant to own up for their mistakes and offer a refund, I appreciate the offer of a free meal but to be honest I will not be eating Indian for a very long time after my experience so I don't believe...
Read moreWorst ever Indian food experience of my life in Australia. Quite astonishing to see 4.1 ratings on google, when they can't even cook a basic chicken karahi. They have only able to save their a**es because 90% customers I found sitting their were white Australians. Ordered a chicken karahi, which was not even close to a simple chicken curry. Sweet taste curry with raw onions. Also the amount of items were way too less, which later I realized was good for us, as only then we could finish them. Luckily they are based in Gold coast, if they were in Melbourne. Without a doubt it would get shutdown in a day. Would never recommend to any desi who knows even a little about our foods. I can even make alot better chicken karahi then them.
