Experience at site is nice, clean, lots of equipment. Staff are generally friendly to talk too.

But one down side like all gyms, easy to sign up hard and a pain to leave… Went into Revo Shellharbour in August 2024 to cancel membership as couldn’t find out how to do on app.. lady behind desk notified me she noted cancelation on computer.. was happy till this point.. November 2024 looking through bank statement to notice I’m still being charged.. Went straight back down to Revo and told my situation, staff member stated I didn’t fill out cancelation paperwork last time and workers can’t just put it as a note on file..

Then she done the same thing, I asked for paperwork and she said it’s cancled and she put a note . Then I asked to be reimbursed to be told no. Went to bank to cancel card and found out they use a 3rd party business that takes the money..

Long story short I loose out , feeling robed, and not like it’s a lot of money just the point… won’t use gyms after...

I've tried all the gyms in Shellharbour with short 3 month stays, to see which one suits me and REVO tick all the boxes so I've committed with their ongoing fee thats very attractive in the way its structured.

Great staff, facilities are new, and the gym equipment is always in order. Parking is abundance with multiple levels of underground parking and the roof top parking is at the entrance of the gym.

1st impressions are the very professional front desk staff. Particularly Olivia, who always goes above and beyond most customer service expectations.

Olivia's efforts in making you feel welcome and genuinely cares what your experience was at the gym, doesn't go unnoticed. She always acklowledges the members equally and somehow managers to also keep the gym in order during busy periods.

Cancellation of membership was done in 2023. Still to this day attempt to take money, and chase me for a membership i dont have. Staff are not helpful, never reply, I went in store 2023 2024 several times you'll have to talk to manager have done this a few times, done that and still chasing and attempts on my bank, even my bank have said they are renkowned for it, I know have a permanent block on my account for them. ACCC have been contacted and when contact attempts made ignore emails or calls even by them. Just...
