We enjoyed our stay in Brick Unit 1, which was fairly spacious, well-organized, and equipped with all the basic amenities exactly as described in the booking details. It was also spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated that the toilet and shower areas were separate, which added convenience. The beds were comfortable, with clean, good-quality linen and quilts provided. A special mention goes to the friendly front office staff—when I had trouble opening the door one afternoon, they quickly sent an attendant over to open the door for me. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the town’s main tourist and shopping hub. Another incident of likings: on our way back to the unit after a late-night walk around 10 p.m., we were pleasantly surprised to encounter a herd of kangaroos in front of the reception area. Disliked: The roads inside the premises need repairing. The old signage at the entry is difficult to read, needing a repainting too. The road erosion in front of our unit resulted in long-term storage of rainwater, which was not enjoyable. The brick units are located at the end of one of the caravan parking strips. We had limited park space because the neighboring tourists did not leave any space at all when they parked their big caravan next to our unit. In the peak season (mid-July) with packed tourists, we could not manage to connect to the net using the free wifi for a moment.

Toller Campingplatz mit einer super Lage. Man ist häufig in Gesellschaft von Kängurus und kann diese beobachten. Die Sanitäranlagen waren etwas alt, aber total okay.

We stayed at this campground for 8 nights because our car broke down, on an unpowered site, and honestly, this place is seriously lacking in cleanliness. In 8 days, we never once saw a proper cleaning being done, except for one time when someone vacuumed the common area. There are two toilet blocks, both equally filthy. Toilet paper on the floor all week, rubbish in the toilets and showers, and even faeces stains in the loos. For $50 a night, we expected at least a basic level of cleanliness. The pool was definitely not cleaned daily—the bottom was dirty, and we only saw the pool vacuum being used once. To top it off, on our last night, someone had taken our campsite even though we had left our belongings there. The receptionist, while apologetic, asked us if we could move instead of trying to contact the other guest or find them in the campground. In the end, we had to track them down and ask them to move to their assigned spot. On the plus side, the pool was nice and refreshing, especially with the heat during our stay, and the staff were friendly.

Terrible customer service. We booked this place because of the good reviews but were extremely disappointed with the service. Receptionist was nice but groundskeeper was excessively rude. We booked a powered ensuite site and advised that we had a 12 man tent. Upon arrival, we found that there was a slab in the middle of the site so our tent wouldn't fit. Only other available site was an unpowered site (plug seemed to be broken). We borrowed the neighbour's power to inflate our beds but the groundskeeper came over 3 times telling us we couldn't use the power because we didn't pay for power, but could recharge in the common areas. What's the difference between using electricity in the common room vs from the neighbouring site? We were willing to pay for a powered ensuite site and offered to pay the difference for a powered site but he said no. We just wanted to inflate our beds. It was their fault the site they reserved for us couldn't accommodate us when we told them of our needs when booking, and that they couldn't give us a powered site.

The next day, he came by and told us off for having two cars on site, when every second site also had a second vehicle. The neighbouring cabin offered us their bay because they didn't have a vehicle but the groundskeeper "didn't care because people had been complaining about 2 cars on sites all day and he had had enough". Although, it seemed like he was JUST targeting us. We were traveling with my mum (who has difficulty walking and an ACROD permit) and a 2 year old, one in each car, with their individual items in the respective cars. It was really hard for us to have to walk from the back of the park to the other side of the road outside the car park to get items, and didn't want to leave things lying around in the tent because of the child. We were going to go out in the next 30 minutes so we asked if we could leave the car there, but he "didn't care" and told us to "just remove it". It took 30 minutes to move the car out and walk back to the site to gather all our things and everyone, just to go back out and get the car again so that we could load it. All because he still didn't let us have the car there for an extra 30 minutes.

This gentleman ruined our trip. We had a lovely week long trip traveling and staying at other caravan parks, but the groundskeeper ruined our trip and essentially our Christmas. The facilities were okay, but there was always a queue to use the showers. Because of this man, I wouldn't stay here again, and would highly discourage friends or family...

Tudor holiday park have decent rooms, facilities are good. Only one complaint and that is the manager/ gardener (princess goldy locks !) he shouldn’t be in the industry of tourism as his PR skills are disgusting and very rude !!..over the top rules and policies and he makes sure they are abided by. Even the kids have to do 5 k’s an hour in the park whilst riding their push bikes so the other reviews show. He really needs to do a refresher course in how to be polite and respectful to the people who stay at the park !!. Kalbarri is a nice place but it would be nicer if he wasn’t managing the tudor holiday park, if I come back I’ll be staying at a different park absolutely !!!…in response to your reply to my review, if you had taken the time to read my review carefully about the speed limit in your park, I was referring to the children riding push bikes in the park grounds not myself !. Because of the temper tantrum princess goldy locks displayed to the PAYING customers at the time of booking into your park the person was so flustered that she neglected to mention anything about a speed limit, so it’s lucky that I read the park’s rules and policies and signed the paper and made sure that I adhered to your parks speed limits because of the children and adults walking around it would be dangerous and irresponsible not to do so nor did anyone remind me later about the speed limit as there was no need to !!.please don’t pass the buck, take some responsibility for your your employees behaviour as it was shocking not mention it was also very rude and disrespectful behaviour on princess goldy locks (timmy ) behalf !!. I’m an elderly gentleman and have no need for acquiring adrenaline though speeding on any road as it’s also illegal in all states in Australia 🇦🇺 other than that your parks facilities were reasonable, expensive but reasonable !. I won’t be returning to your park, unless your employees attitudes change drastically !!.. have a...

Just be careful what you book if you are in a tent, lots of good points about this park.|We pre booked about 6 weeks beforehand and told them that we are new to camping and would like a tent site.|When we arrived it was very windy and our site was straight up the driveway on the corner to the left. It felt like sitting on a median strip so we went back to the office and asked for something a lil sheltered from the wind for our tent.|We were then moved to site 39 which has a concrete pad and the rest is just dirt, no mesh on top. We were told that there were no others we could move to.|Next to us were site 40 and 41, 41 being perfect, next to a villa, a lil more privacy, green grass and nice mesh pad. We watched that spot sit empty for the two nights we were there while we padded about in dirt which was very unpleasant. Site 40 was occupied on the last night of our stay when a single guy in a camper van arrived late and enjoyed some green matting and grass even though he had a van however I’m not sure whether he just rocked up randomly as it was after office hours and you can just drive in and use the facilities which are not locked. |Otherwise, the facilities were good, laundry and clotheslines good, I liked the toilet and showers being in one and never had to wait. On one occasion the floor was floating in water and I had to push it down the drain and next morning around 7am there were two toilets with no toilet paper when everyone is waking up and wanting to use the facilities.|Kangaroos visited but not a problem for us.|My suggestion if in a tent, make sure what kind of site you are booking, lesson learnt for us. Location was good, easy walk to shops etc. |anyone coming here would have a car so the distance to IGA or anywhere in Kalbarri...
