Last week June 21-24 , 2023 we reserved this property. Don’t be fooled by the images. This is an unsecured unsafe, rooms electricals are hazardous this could be detrimental. Toilets leaking, no exhaust fans in the wash room. Extremely old stuff, electrical switches, wall plug points are not to modern standards. Fairly smelly place. You can’t walk in the room even do “anything” extremely noisy. Door lock not safe. Cooking facilities fairly good. Utensils good. Kitchen window curtains none. No proper power extensions. Air conditioner’s dust, if used the dusts could clog your lungs.I will not recommend this place to anyone unless it is certified.

I would say overall one of the best places to stay in kalbari. Has parking at the front and back of the property. Harry was very effective when it comes to communication. The house was recently renovated and very clean and tidy. Bathroom toilets are very clean and modern. Has a massive 75" Smart TV with free WiFi connection. Fantastic garden view balcony individual Aircon for each room. Can 6 people accommodate comfortably. The kitchen has an induction cooker/oven/microwave/ coffee machine. Walking distance to IGA and Beach . Perfect place to stay. Would recommend to everyone w

Dark and dated. While the location is great, the villa's and ground need love. Located just off the main road, the villas are walking distance to all you need in town. Our villa had several sockets that didnt work, extractor fan in the kitchen didnt work taps in the kitchen leak, that siad the kitchen had nearly all you need to make a meal. No remote for the TV, sofa cushions so worn out all you can feel the springs. Grounds around the pool need work, but the pool is clean. Our friends villa had a burnt out electrical switch and the battery was missing out of the smoke detector.

Sad to see the same complaints from two years ago still haven't been addressed. Half the lights in our villa don't work, or work intermittently, or are hanging out of the wall. The old evaporative air conditioners are barely hanging in the wall, one of them was literally held together with silver duct tape. There is a new r/c air con in the master room but we didn't need it because the place is so draughty with the un-sealable louvre windows, which also meant we could hear the conversations of our neighbours three houses up the road at 1am. There's holes in the paper thin walls from door handles, and the upstairs floor is so noisy you can hear people in the neighbouring villa's just walking around. The garden was in such a state that the man staying in the villa next to us decided to do the weeding and run the retic. He then had to call the real estate and complain just to get someone to take the rubbish away because the waste area out the back was overflowing. Parking is at the rear but our unit key only opened the front door, a total pain when you need to unload small children and gear and have to hike it all around to the front. The beds were clean but the dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans were dirty. We had to wash everything before we could use it. There is no soap provided, even just for washing hands. And there was a distinct aroma of cat urine by the window in the second bedroom. ||Free laundry was a huge bonus. Safety gate for the stairs was good for our small children. Linen was clean. Bathroom clean but dated. Didn't use the pool. Nicole the now ex-manager was lovely and helped where she could, but as each unit is now individually managed by either a real estate agent or the Visitor's center there is a lot of confusion and difficulty in getting maintenance issues sorted. It was cheap, and reasonably clean, but I wouldn't...

A last minute change meant we needed a place in Kalbarri for the night, in school holidays! This was one of the only places available so we took it. |Friendly greeting on arrival. Then we entered the time machine (our villa) and went back to the 70s. Dark timber, old kitchen, old lounges, a wooden floor upstairs (noisy), an old bathroom, original 70s bed lights and furnishings. |We weren't cooking which was lucky because if the cutting board and microwave were an indication of cleanliness, we were in trouble. |The place was so dark and gloomy even with all the lights on. |All the towels had multiple holes in them.|Anyway.... the location was great and we walked to dinner and back, then fell asleep with the sound of distant surf. |At 7am we were woken by the sound of burnouts and fighting from the council housing over the road (not the villas fault), followed by a lawnmower guy who turned up to mow lawns at the villas well before checkout time. |Overall.... we were lucky to get anything at all, but if I'd booked this exact villa for a family holiday I'd be VERY...
