Joining Zia Fitness has been one of the best decisions that i have made for myself! I have been training with them for 18months and i must say that my body has never looked better!
My weight has dropped from 73kg to 58kg within the initial 4 months of training just by training 2x a week for 30mins each time. I have been able to also maintain the weight lost since and maintain a size 8 (which is a very big big deal for me as i was never a size 8 before in my 37years life).
Zia, Vanessa and Mikey are all extremely knowledgeable and highly motivating trainers; I could also feel their passion for fitness and health as this is reflected in their actions and mannerism. i was also quite timid initially (as i have never gym before prior to joining them) and they managed to make me feel at ease as they have created such a positive and safe environment at their gym for people to train in.
I have also learnt from them to make better lifestyle choices, improve my eating habits such as portion controls and food choices ; and most importantly, that weight lost can be achieved and maintained in a healthy manner without going through any yoyo diets or starving myself.

Read moreI have been training here for 4 months and I absolutely love it! The facilities are new and very aesthetically pleasing! All the trainers are super lovely and friendly, as well as very approachable and chill! Every single time anyone walks in, no matter what the trainers are doing, they all give you a big warm greeting as you walk in! They all really know their stuff and make you feel really comfortable! I personally have a range of joint issues and randomly I may need to change the exercise to work the same muscle, but be easier on my knees, back etc and they will always accommodate that in a kind and smooth fashion. It's always loads of fun training in there and they motivate you and support you in your session enough to ensure that you always hit personal bests! There are clients of all ages and sizes who are all treated the same, and having loads of fun; which is really cool to see. A fab environment with amazing trainers!
