I asked Jess if she could make a cake with donuts, macarons and flowers from my florist for our wedding with a couple of pictures as inspiration. She created something far better than we could have imagined, an incredible 2 tier chocolate cake, filled with salted caramel, decorated with donuts and macarons. I don't know how she made all we wanted look so amazing. I've been to several birthday parties that serve Jess' cakes and they are an absolute materpiece - beautifully decorated (and I can't emphasise that enough, they are stunning!!) with delicious flavour that melts in your mouth and has you going back for seconds (or thirds!) The cake that Jess made for my son's birthday was incredible. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted so delicious and had all of our guests commenting on how yummy it was and that it had the perfect level of sweetness. On top of this, the cake was very sturdy with internal structure to make sure it held its shape, and came with clear instructions on storage and cutting.
