A massive thankyou to Bella, who not only went above and beyond to make my friend and I a milkshake at 1640hrs, 20 minutes before close, even though the poor lady had cleaned and washed the milkshake machine ready for close. We had tried 4 other places before landing at Groove Donuts. Your attention to detail and customer service was exceptional, and is rarely found these days. My coworker and I work in the centre and frequently go to Groove Donuts on our lunch break.
