Attended TAFE, Drysdale Degustation 5 course dinner, great atmosphere, good mix of people, wonderful service (extremely well done to all students for the amazing food, presentation and service). Food was delicious, courses were served with short and comfortable wait times in between, presentation was absolutely amazing, top notch restaurant quality meals, wonderfully priced at only $45.00 for 5 courses! A terrible place to study. Only a couple of teachers care while the rest take the high pay and pretend to work. Students get judged and spoken of very poorly behind their backs. That was hard to deal with. It's disgraceful. A waste of a building, waste of money, and achieves very little in comparison to the cost of running the business.
