Princess Theatre — Attraction in Launceston

The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. They were of great assistance to a patron who couldn't move around easily, they handled the situation perfectly. They were kind and understanding. You can see that they take pride in what they do.

At the end of the evening we found that we lost an earring. We walked back and knocked on the door and they very kindly opened the door and let us in to search. I went along to the Uni Revue Saturday 2nd June 2018 we were in the front row. Come interval time was disgusted to find that all maindoors were wide open including the interior ones letting in a huge amount of cigarette smoke (and cold air) which was to the coughing standard. Again we were in the front row.

After all these years why isn't this policed better. No smoking near entrances to buildings. Launceston Council if you want to see people back to use your facility FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP. It will be a long time till I go back to the Princess...
