7-Eleven — Local services in Melbourne

The fella working here is clearly not fit for customer service and is a big time bully. I don't want to think about how he treats old ladies or my head will explode. Just yesterday, I was paying for what I wanted (decided I wanted something from the shelf of confectionary, too) and when I go to grab it I hear "oh muh god" bro - for real? I am the only customer in the store. I start the transaction process as a customer and present my card, he scans my items (yes that's right, I had my card ready before he could scan my items.) so get this, he then proceeds to tell me my total and I pay. Done, right,? No. A younger woman had walked into the store and the dude instant, Iean still holding my card and wallet IN HAND at the counter. Haven't even grabbed my purchased items yet, he proceeds to tell me "oh my god,...

I'm baffled this store is still in operation, it can't possibly be financially viable when the staff have absolutely no interest in actually serving customers. It's either a dead zone or looks like it's been ransacked.

Friday 30 August -1:45am-2am. Lights on, nobody home. No one in the store front or behind the counter.

Friday 6 September - 1:50-155am old mate couldn't possibly open the door for the four people there waiting. What was he doing? Restocking some slices of cake and muffins. He had to go behind the counter to grab these each time, they were not in reach of customers off the shelf.

You are a service provider at a transport hub. People rely on this venue to grab last minute items before they catch a bus (just as I have these past two weeks). Be accessible, staff your location appropriately...

Worst SevenEleven in the world. Im comming at 2am at my birthday and this … man is saying to me closed for cleaning. I’m asking politely if it’s possible to make an exception quickly because of the birthday. And his response is not possible and stsntrn is shut off. I know that if it’s closed it’s closed and no exception is a difference but this is just lying to your face. 24/7 store and system is off? How can this be. It occurred multiple times that the night shift people were really rude and disrespectful and this time it was the same again. All the stores around the area know about this problem as well. I know the policy’s of seven eleven and i know that if it’s cleaning it means it’s closed but this is the problem every time. This seven eleven is a disgrace to all seven eleven....
