Clownish service. I called asking if they have a specific wine, the gentleman I had the pleasure of interacting with said "Sorry we only have that in a large size", to which I said "that's okay, how much is the bigger size?", I am not kidding, he then sheepishly said. "I have to go now."

Not sure what's going on over there, maybe they're sampling their own products during work hours lmfao.

Please do not discredit my review and experience with this store - I did in fact attended your store about 40 minutes after writing this review and even attempted to wish your security guard Merry Christmas. Regardless this doesn't change the lack of basic courtesy...

I shouldn't be buying booze before catching a train from Southern Cross to Geelong and yet here I am. You would too had you caught the Adelaide-Melbourne bus. Lovely company (Firefly), lovely bus, lovely driver, even lovely companions. But... but... my lawd, 12hr in a bus is horrible. A torture I will not subject myself to again. Shame because Adelaide is hella pretty. I actually bought Southern Comfort, some sweet joy of sugariness upon arriving home. There were a lot of choices at this store. Guy serving (28.11.2023) was modest yet...
