Stayed for 6 days and I don't know how does their website cost works because there was 2 prices. One was with no housekeeping which was cheaper, I wanted housekeeping therefore I paid the other price which was almost $300 extra. Then the reception explained the one I paid for doesn't include housekeeping. I asked her then what is the $300 extra for? She couldn't answer me. Had to ask for extra items and the reception wasn't very friendly. There is only one AC in the living room area and with the summer heat it was completely useless. Asked for a fan and the reception said there is none left. The lobby was nice and cold but hotel room was very hot. The hotel room looks clean on the outside but the cups and cutlery was dirty and I had to rewash everything for them. Under the sofa cushion was full of crumbs and previous customers items. Under the bed was empty drink bottles and rubbish. Had to empty the rubbish bins and take out out the rubbish ourselves. When requesting for extra garbage bags, the reception lady seems frustrated with my extra requests. The building is still under construction therefore the hotel is offering 50% off from their normal price but for $2300+ for 6 nights I can book another nice hotel with better facilities. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place and won't come back.

非常棒的房間,打開房門有輕柔的音樂,就像回到家一樣舒服,景觀很美,讓人只想待在房間內不想出去~

We just LOVED this place here in the Melbourne CBD - we stayed for about three weeks! It was like owning our own place. We especially liked the view! Beautiful sunsets and the privacy. It was quiet - except maybe on weekends - and convenient to walk everywhere. A Coles (groceries) is just around the corner. Even though the tower wasn’t fully finished yet we couldn’t here any construction noise. Only down side maybe: A/C didn’t work and when we asked to fix the washing machine we ended up fixing it ourselves. The water in the shower was either very cold or very very hot - you need to leave it be for a little and take a shower afterwards. :D haha! We got used to the little quirks quickly and enjoyed our stay! Thanks especially to Sally! She even organised a fourth chair for us! She was very kind. :)

This place is fantastic. From the location to the home amenities, this apartment makes travelling a breeze. The apartment is very conveniently located near a Coles supermarket, chemist and many tram and train stops as well as a park with a playground.

Being able to eat breakfast and some meals at home cut down our holidaying costs and was really convenient especially when we were all tired as we could just grab sandwich things or fruit to store in the fridge. I wouldn't recommend full on cooking as there is no fan to blow away the smells and I am unsure how strong the stove top hood though. However, the place does have suffient pots/ plates /cutlery /scissors/ cooking knives and utensils etc. There is also a microwave, toaster and dish washer

The beds are comfortable and the wardrobe is being enough to store your luggage. However there are no drawers so if you are staying for a long time, it can be a bit inconvenient to keep having to live out of your suitcase

The hotel facilities are amazing. My kids loved the pool. There is also a jacuzzi and heated hot tub, as well a sauna and steam room (awesome on cold days). The gym is also well equipped and spacious enough for a few gym goers at one time. The bathroom is great. The stalls are big and wide enough to easily bathe a child if needed. Water warms up quickly (don't run the washing machine at the same time or the temperature will be inconsistent). I wish the water pressure were higher but otherwise it is great.

I LOVED THE WASHER/DRYER. this was so convenient as it is located right in your apartment and you can wash your clothes anytime. This and the fridge was probably my favourite things in the whole apartment I absolutely loved this place and will definitely choose to stay here again if I come back...

💰 Price / Value for Money – Fair pricing for the location and facilities.

🏨 Room & Comfort – Well-designed and modern, but with some small issues.

Newly Built: The apartment building is brand new.

Layout & Furnishings: Very well planned and thoughtfully furnished.

Kitchen Issues: New pans are definitely needed, as cooking on the available ones is nearly impossible.

Ventilation: Very good air circulation in the apartment.

🏖️ Amenities & Service – Limited services, with some inconveniences.

Towels & Bathroom Amenities: Exchanged only on Tuesdays and Fridays (no bed sheet change).

Pool Towels: Available at reception.

Pool Area: Designed more for relaxation than for actual swimming.

Sauna & Hammam: Disappointingly cold.

Reception: Friendly and helpful, but not available in the evening or at night.

📍 Location & Accessibility – Excellent central location with some parking challenges.

Location: Right next to Southern Cross Station and in CBD, making it easy to get around.

Parking: No on-site parking, and if public parking is full, pickup/drop-off can be difficult.

Elevator Wait Times: Sometimes quite long.

✅ Would I Recommend? Yes, if you value a modern apartment in a central location and don’t mind limited reception hours and minimal housekeeping services.

🌍 Our Background – Experienced travelers, frequently staying in...
