Bridge Kebab House — Local services in Melbourne

Not sure what happened to this place, serving sizes used to be generous, Kebabs were always in thick Turkish Rolls, Kebab fillings were the usual Lettuce/Tomato/Onion/Garlic Sauce ect. Three times in a row they've forgotten the Chips for the Combo (over the course of a few months), however this time the Kebab was some sort of thinly filled wrap, tasted just odd to be quite frank (the meat was actual chunks of meat which was a plus) and for some reason the Sauces that were requested to be inside the Kebab were sent in portioned containers alongside a piece of Lemon? Very sad to let...

This is an Ubereats order for a Medium HSP. While consuming the food, I picked up a stapler pin inside the meat and i realised this when i was chewing it. It is absolutely shocking to imagine what would have happened to me if I had accidentally swallowed a 2 inch metal pin. I am never ordering from your shop unless there’s a formal apology from the manager. Plus, the packaging was terrible with just a tin foil wrap around the base pack. It just shows how much you care about your customers and I am letting my friends and families know about this...

Why do I keep going back for these awful, overpriced, greasy kebabs? Is it the obviously from Aldi turkish bread rolls? Maybe the high prices, miserable amount of off-cut meat and limp salad? Or possibly the poor quality sauces? Maybe I like paying $20 for a large HSP that's the size of everyone else's medium? No, it's because I've usually had too much to drink and it's the only place nearby that's open. I really should learn from my mistakes and...
