Regular local customer for 10 years. Have spent thousands in this store.
Surgeon faxed a script directly to the chemist after I called to get their fax number. Script was for pain related meds after a shoulder op. I called in the morning and confirmed they had received it and was told it would be ready when I came in at 4pm.
4pm Iâm told they will not dispense as they needed my Medicare card. Waiting for 15 mins my name is called and Iâm then told they will not dispense until they speak to the Dr. I explained his rooms are closed on fridays as he has surgery. That is why he has faxed it.
I explained some of the meds on the script had previously been dispensed by them and I had emails from the Dr confirming he had sent the fax today.
I also explained I was in pain and if they wouldnât dispense it I would have to now wait till Monday.
All I got was blank looks and a shrug of the shoulders.
No options to work around offered. Couldnât be bothered looking at previous scripts already provided. No interest in looking at the emails.
Nice compassionate customer focus response.
Apart from heading into a pain filled weekend, to rub salt in my wife spent over $300 instore 2 days earlier buying aftershave and other items for my birthday.
I left the script with them on the counter, along with $20 worth of other items I was about to purchase.

Poor customer service this evening from the Manager Ziyin who when advised about the inconsistency of their grossly obese security guard Baneet from Baaz Security, didnât bother acknowledging anything and stood up for him. He picks and chooses whose bag he wants to check and always manages to target me through his racial profiling. I have nothing to hide but when it comes down to biases and being inconsistent only for him to prove himself wrong through my transparency with nothing to hide, that sort of conduct is unwelcome in our community. Ziyin the Manager was generic about how it was a condition of entry FAILING to understand the issue being his inconsistency. In return for the treatment, all the purchased items were returned and refunded. Let this be a lesson, I will take to all platforms to flag the experience I had and discourage others from being on the receiving end. I strongly suggest you reconsider which security you put on because if theyâre anything like Baneet who participate in such tactics, implement poor grooming/hygiene standards and unable to launder their uniform, then I have full confidence you will deter future customers.    Read moreSTAY AWAY!!! EXTREMELY RUDE PHARMACIST NAMED NGOC!!!! I came to store on 4th Dec to ask for a nasal drop recommendation for my newborn. I was given a 2 yr plus nasal spray by the staff and also bought Centrum kids iron mixture, again recommended by the pharmacist on duty. We were told by the staff that we can check with midwife if these are the right brands otherwise we have 7 days to return the items. Finally we went to the store on 11th December at 8:15 pm to exchange the items for the right ones but the pharmacist on duty named NGOC told us that pharmacy items cannot be exchanged as per company policy. When I mentioned that it was her staff who told us she kept saying to me that all her staff are trained and know the policy, so telling us that we are lying. She kept putting the items back in my face and said "we are not going anywhere" and shook her head while walking off. When I went again to her to ask for the second item and tell her that why we have to lose money over her staff's mistake she was actually laughing with the other pharmacist on duty and told me that she doesn't have time for this and walked off again.
