Piink — Local services in Melbourne

I am beyond applaud with the customer service. After, calling the shop back as suggested in their previous note to sort an agreement the owner (MARY) decides to abuse me over the phone for leaving a unreasonable comment. The outcome of the conversation has not been resolved. Will never set foot in there again. As l mentioned to you numerous times - My grandfather passed away - Hence the reason not being able to return the dress in a timely manner...... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A STRONG POINT!!!!...... I am very disappointed with the customer service that I have received from this store. I had recently brought a lovely dress for a special occasion that I was unable to attend due to a passing of a family member. I contact the store and was given the OK from the employee (after speaking to the Owner) to exchange the dress for another for a jacket which priced more was happy to pay the difference. The next day the owner called me to say that she had changed her mind and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy the jacket separately.

Honestly, I can not fault this place. Time and time again I’ve had my outfit chosen for me in a way that wasn’t a “yeah that looks great” to everything I try even when I know it doesn’t. From my 21st to my best friends wedding (check my isntagram haha I’m now 28). Instead I get honestly opinions about what looks good and Sarah and Mary always find a way to fit my budget. This is what I expect when I walk into a store. I rarely walk into shopping centres anymore because of the treatment I get. Can’t say that about Piink. I walk in and even at their busiest they make sure you’ve been seen. Often I walk in for a quick look and walk out an hour later as a happy customer, owner of a great garment and feeling like I’ve cahght up with friends. Mary is fantastic in her dealings. While she keeps customer happy (like once sending my dress interstate to get fixed after I’d worn it) she also sets decent boundaries. I’ve seen people act horrendously in store and her professionalism leaves me in awe. Keilor road is lucky to have this little boutique. Keep up the work ladies. There’s a reason why I keep coming back and it’s not just because you all remember...

Only store to shop when looking for elegant & classy outfits for special events.

Many designs are unique, Australian made and priced very reasonable.

Mary (owner) is so helpful to assist with an outfit to suit each individual and goes the extra mile to get the size for u if not available at the time. The store also has a beautiful selection of accessories to compliment your outfit... its the one stop shop for an outfit.

My latest outfit purchase (11 May) had everyone's tongue wagging at the event i attended. The velour dress was a class of its own and can't wait to wear it again The secret is out...

Traveling 30-40mins is always so worth the drive, even if after walking out each time it puts a healthy dint to my credit card! 😜
