Took the RSA Vic course that they had and liked it a lot more than other courses I had signed up for.

I had signed up for multiple courses mistakenly because I needed to get my RSA asap for work. G They got my RSA to me next day and just in time as well.

I really enjoyed the course and found the process to be organised and the content to be thorough. I did feel I left with some gaps in my knowledge as I found it difficult to ask questions of the teacher, Bill. He was friendly but talked over the top of me (and others) every time I tried to ask a question. He answered with his own prediction of what the question was, even when I asked it multiple times. Participated in the coffee barista course in Melbourne with Rachel who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She made the day fun as well as educational .It was a great hands on experience, learning how to make the coffee shot by the grind, tampa and timing it for the best result and then trying to perfect the frothing of the milks, including pouring different varieties of coffees.
