My partner order a turkey and two hams over the phone. Leo was unnecessarily rude and unpleasant when she asked him a few questions about the cuts of meat. When we came in to pick up the meat, we asked him if the meat was cooked, and Leo got really annoyed and oppositional. Leo, despite you being in the service industry, you were grumpy and an absolute nightmare to deal with. The service here completely sucks. The other two dudes working there seemed miserable too. This butcher is one of the best - Leo Donati & his son Marcelo along with their associates, are fantastic. Just called up over the phone to check what kind of meats they had available. The person who picked up was abrupt and unpleasant. All he literally had to say was "yes" to confirm he had what I was looking for, but instead was rude and disrespectful

["what do you mean 'do we have X', of course we have X, I just said we did"].

I'm not sure if he's the owner or a worker, but he provided zero customer service and was really unprofessional. I'm all for supporting local butchers, but I'll never support this kind of attitude....
