Elwood Farmers' Market — Local services in Melbourne

Another Farmer's Market to check out! This one is quite small, like Brighton's, so would recommend Bentleigh's. However worth coming back for Elwood Bakery, brought some "spotties" (current buns), cheese and jalapeno rolls and an olive loaf and absolutely delicious! Also brought some chili olives, some vintage tasty cheese and a falafel and salad bowl to takeaway and two at home souvlaki meal prep kits (one lamb and one falafel). Oh and takeaway coffees (decaf soy latte and flat white), mini Sicilian donuts, cheesecake and the biggest, most delicious vegetarian spring roll I've ever had! I've been to several Farmer's Markets now and I love them, and even though I say I'm not going to buy anything, I always do, particularly baked goods. This one also has a petting zoo...

A wonderful farmers market, much loved and embraced by everyone who goes where you just feel a connection with community. The friendliest vendors, serving the some of the best produce you'll find in Melbourne make this a day out that just warms the soul. The petting ring with rabbits and chickens is great for kids. Terrific coffee, great seafood, fresh pastries and bread, flower stalls, quality meats, donuts, healthy drinks, dips and ferments and some awesome eats as well. Love this market !! Always a hit with some coffee good food to have on the go and all the stalls needed for veggies, meets, pasta, fruits, nuts and much more. I specially love going there with the kids has its in a school and there are 3 kids playground areas where they can play while I stroll around.
